Ramon Gorter is a pediatric surgeon at the department of pediatric surgery from the Emma children's hospital, Amsterdam UMC. This unit is a tertiary referral centre and a centre of expertise for rare and complex gastrointestinal disorders. They are part of the ERNICA and eUROGEN networks. Ramon is specialized in rare and complex gastrointestinal disorders (Anorectal malformation, esophageal stresia, rare motility disorders) and is a principal investigator with research line in appendicitis, anorectal malformation, constipation and transition of care.
