Ioanna Grivea is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Neonatology at the University of Thessaly, School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine in Larissa, Greece. She had 2 years specialization in Neonatology at the Neonatology Department & NICU at the University of Thessaly, School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine. She has teaching experience of 21 years in training of medical students in Pediatrics with lectures and teaching in the wards, training of pediatric residents and continuing education of pediatricians with lectures and seminars. Her research is focusing on infectious diseases and vaccinations. She has been responsible for the development of the Pediatric Infectious Disease Research Laboratory, Department of Pediatrics, University of Patras and the Pediatric Infectious Disease Research Laboratory, Department of Pediatrics, University of Thessaly.
