Since graduating from Medicine at King's College London, Dr Sanwo has built an incredible career in academics and medical practice, earning MSc degrees in Medical Education as well as Child and Adolescent Mental Health whilst working as a paediatrician in Cambridge. More than this, Dr Sanwo established Quality Improvement Projects at work to improve staff well-being, including Holding Hands (a trainee-led initiative to improve paediatric doctor wellbeing) and EPiC (a positive feedback mechanism to enable praise and celebrate staff achievements).
