Aimee is a Paediatric Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist from Australia who completed her specialty training through both the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network and Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. She worked as a general Paediatric Gastroenterologist in Australia prior to moving to the UK in 2022 to complete advanced fellowship training in Paediatric Hepatology and transplant at King’s College Hospital and GI Immunology/Allergy at Great Ormond Street. She has a background in International Studies and Law, and enjoys the complexity of GI Allergy medicine, as well as healthcare policy and reform – combining her medico-legal training to drive change in clinical practice and policy making internationally.
