Visa & Invitation Letter

Obtaining a visa, if required, is the participant's responsibility. Visa requirements vary based on your nationality and country of origin. We recommend consulting your local French Embassy for official guidance on the visa regulations and application processes that apply to you.ç

A personalised official invitation letter will be provided to registered participants as part of the registration process. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your invitation letter. Please note that this invitation is intended solely for visa application purposes and does not imply any financial support or guarantee of participation in the scientific program by the organisers.

For abstract submitters with approved abstracts and confirmed conference registration, a separate invitation letter that includes the details of the approved abstracts can be provided upon request. Please send your request to secretariat@ineip.org.
