– Convert your registration to online until 31 October 2025.
– Receive a refund for the difference in fees, based on the rate at your time of registration.
– From 1 November 2025, conversions from In-Person to Online will no longer be eligible for a refund.

At EIP2025, we prioritize your convenience and adaptability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as travel restrictions or safety concerns, our policies ensure that your registration remains valid.
Important: The €40 handling fee applies to all registration refunds. The Hotel Booking refunds occur only if a hotel room is booked via EIP's registration system.
